All of our blends are authentic to the cuisine from which they are developed. They are unadulterated and pure as defined by the pure food and drug act. Our products are not irradiated; they have no dyes, no artificial colors, and no MSG. We substitute brown sugar, honey powder and fructose in place of refined sucrose; we do not use silica as an anti-caking agent; and we use lower salt formulations in our blends than most spice companies do. And our products are Kosher certified - look for the Kosher stamp right on the package. While most companies use salt, sugar and MSG as the basis of their blended formulations, at Colorado Spice we use all-natural and organic herbs and spices!
